Three tips to make successful WiFi connection:

Tips 1: Open both Bluetooth and WiFi function in the phone while making WiFi connection. Make sure the 2.4GHz WiFi is strong and stable. Note: the TV led lights can’t work with 5GHz WiFi.

Tips 2: Download the app ” Smart Life” via the QR code on the provided manual. This app also can be found on Google Play or App Store.

Tips 3: Long press the ON/OFF button on oval controller. The TV led lights will flash quickly and enter pairing mode(EZ mode).

Long press the ON/OFF button on oval controller again to blink slowly entering pairing mode(AP mode). More detailed information is showed clearly on provided manual.

The TV led backlight turn on automatically after the TV is off?

– When the TV is off, there are still some residual current in some TV models. Once the TV backlight catches these current, it will turn on automatically.

– In this status, please connect the TV backlight to other USB powers instead of your TV USB port for the TV backlight work well.

How to set up 6500K white color?

-IMPORTANT: the 6500K white color can be set up via “Smart Life” app only. You can’t choose 6500K white via provided RF remote.

-Please make sure that the TV led backlight can be controlled via “Smart Life” app while you want the 6500K white.

More Tips:

The TV backlight can’t be lighted up?

– 1, 5V1A or higher TV USB power is required for the TV led lights working properly.

– 2, Please make sure the led strip light is connected Arrow facing Arrow.

– 3, Please turn on the led strip light manually via provided RF remote.

The TV backlight turn on/off and change color automatically. How to fix it?

Becuase of signal interfernece, the TV backlight can’t work well. To avoid signal interference, please pair the RF remote with TV backlight as bellow:

-1, Unplug all TV lights you have.

-2, Plug the TV light, and long press “ENCODE” button as soon as the light strip plugged in.

-3,TV light flash once or twice, then paired.

Can the TV led backlight be cut to fit the TV size?

– Yes. If the led light strip is too long for you, Hamlite TV backlight can be cut along the right side of cutting line to make the installation perfect.

The TV bias light is not bright enough?

– Please make sure your USB power is 5V1A or higher for the TV backlight working properly.

– You can adjust the brightness level via app “Smart Life” or provided RF remote. Just set up the best brightness easily.
