What kind of screen visual quality does Lytmi Neo Sync box support?

Lytmi Neo Sync box supports HDMI 2.0 up to 4K in 60 Hz and 1080 p in 120 Hz, Dolby Vision, and HDR10.

Can I cut the strip lights to any length I want?

1. The TV light strip in the fantasy kit can not be cut.

2. The individual Lytmi LED Light Strip can be cut, but please note that it does not support extension function anymore if you cut the LED light strip.

How do I connect multiple input devices into the Sync box?

The Neo sync box supports one HDMI device. If you want to use more than one HDMI source, you will need an HDMI Switch to connect your multiple input devices.

Why does my TV backlight strips fail to switch off with my TV?

The light strips turning off at the same time as the TV function is determined by whether your TV turns off the power to the HDMI port. If the HDMI port remains powered after turning off the TV, the light strips will also remain on.

What’s required for Lytmi Home App to fully function?

1.Please allow access requests to your phone’s Bluetooth, GPS and WIFI for the app.

2.Ensure that you are using the 2.4 GHz network Wi-Fi (Currently 5G is not supported, we are working on it). Most routers nowadays have both 2.4G and 5G WiFi bands.
