this is a great computer
This computer is pretty great there hasnt really been anything wrong with it. minus having to restart it once in the month ive had it its worked perfectly. i play sims 4 and its flawless it works great for Dayz, Gta5, Hogwarts: Legacy, Fallout, As well as Call of Duty. Its a simple set up the only thing ive had a real issue with is the monitor doesnt really like to stay on it acts as if the cable is loose and it cut out so ive used a diff monitor.

Horrible Experience!!! Cheap Hardware!
When I received the computer and set it up with the monitor, mouse and keyboard it immediately started to run when plugged in. It did not show anything on the monitor. I tried to use a different graphics cable but still with nothing showing on the monitor. I also tried a different monitor to see if I had received a faulty monitor, this still did not work. I am a computer tech for 25 years now and so I turned off the computer and rebooted while hitting the F12 key and this finally showed the computer booting up on the monitor. The computer finally started but gave me a message saying hardware does not meet minimum requirements for Windows 11 which was installed and promoted for this gaming computer. The sound also did not work. I requested a refund and was given a UPS prepaid barcode I could print off and send back the equipment. I just heard back from the company SJ Computers LLC telling me I had not packed the monitor correctly and it was broken. They informed me that they could not refund my purchase price because of the monitor. I did let them know that I should be given a refund minus the cost of the monitor (even though I had packed the monitor correctly just the way it had come to me). I am waiting to hear back from the company with a quote for the cost of the monitor to request UPS pay for the broken monitor that they said I should submit for the whole cost of the item. I am sure that the monitor was just a small part of the cost for the entire gaming setup with he computer being the major cost. The monitor was not top of the line for sure anyway. Very cheaply made. I will update my review to let everyone know what is the outcome of my claim!

My son’s birthday gift…his first PC
I am extremely pleased with this PC. In my opinion it is a perfect starter PC. It doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as it’s $2000 counterparts but that is to be expected at this budget friendly price. I went with this PC over the other similarly priced ones because unlike some of them, this one is fully upgradable and is able to grow with you. I was hesitant to buy a refurbished one. After reading over many reviews and doing some research on Amazon’s reputation when it comes to their refurbished tech, I was very confident that this was a good buy. Amazon stands behind their refurbished tech and they are ready and willing to help you with any issues that may arise with your PC. I would recommend this item to anyone who wants to start getting into the world of PC gaming, you will not be disappointed!

This is a gaming computer, but you can add in office
#1, I don’t play the big working space games. Since I have to have office installed, I don’t play the huge memory games, they’re not important to me anyway. I’m just looking to chill, not get anxious or competitive. No doubt this is a gaming computer though. No problems until I installed office and design software with a slight slowness or any memory issues. Everything about it is built for speed, but it is an older model. Make sure your netware is up to date and you have 5G or higher in your area, that will make your life a lot easier. This computer became even better after I upgraded.Excellent pair of headphones included in purchase. Difficult to find the type of plug in speakers necessary as there is only one type of jack/board for sound, specifically made for the earphones, so you do lose the ability to hear ambient noise (even when you have your own house and distance between you and the neighbors), unless you want to install a board or two yourself. I couldn’t get speakers to work with it, but there are taped on instructions on the side panel of the delivered computer that explain the setup of the components in the package which were enough for me. Easy setup of included components.

So far so good
Had no issues setting up. Everything except the tower and I think the monitor came in their original, unopened box. So the keyboard, mouse and headphones are definately new. The tower has no visible damage and makes no noises or anything to suggest internal damage. Has not gotten anymore then warm though I haven’t fully ran any games on it yet. Was bought more for running the slicer program for my 3d printer and to dabble in 3d design but have linked steam and downloaded sims4. Haven’t tried anything more drastic yet but will update if we do. Sims4 ran perfect with no glitching or buffering. Downloaded quick even with other programs for school and the printer running while it was downloading.Monitor is nice and decent quality. Uses a hdmi cord to connect to tower but comes with VGA cable as well. Tower has port for both. Mouse isn’t wireless but is smooth and fits hand nice. Keyboard is also not wireless but keys work smoothly and lights are vibrant. Headphones light up and work well. Also not wireless. The remote only changes the lights on the tower but thats OK. If left on auto, lights will do different things depending on what you are doing which is fun.Have not had any issues with the graphics card or the wireless card. Graphics card was already installed and drivers already loaded. Drivers updated automatically once connected to the internet. Wireless card works seamlessly and has not presented ant problems. I haven’t opened the tower but based on performance I see no reason to suspect anything and the exterior and power supply are dust and dirt free so I assume the interior has been properly cleaned as well. I put the tower on a stand due to being carpet in room but tower sits fine by itself. There is also a spot in the case for a disk drive if you wanted to install one. Mine has two usb ports up front and I think like 4 in the back. There is also an aux jack on the front.I think thats everything! So far very happy with it!

Purchased a refurbished computer at the end of summer and it was working until last weekend. Reached out to the company and while we are a little past the warranty date, they were willing to help fix the issue.
