1. Don’t forget to settings and change the Wii console screen resolution from 480i to 480p, since some HDTVs do not support games at 240p/480i over HDMI. By click Wii Settings – TV Resolution and choosing EDTV or HDTV (480p) not Standard TV (480i).

4. Please set the Wii console Widescreen Settings to Widescreen (16:9 ) ratio and configured the TV settings to scale the image to fill the screen.

Note: some TV or monitor does not have widescreen mode, cannot be set, or use Standard (4:3) show, maybe cause of two black bars on both sides of the screens, not a full-screen show.

5. If the Wii to HDMI Converter connected TV or monitor has no audio output function, you can use the 3.5mm audio jack of the converter to connect a speaker or headphones, to meet your needs.
